Effective exposure requires controlled traction, rotation, extension, and adduction that can be adjusted progressively throughout the procedure.
The ARCH is designed to support these demands with predictable, repeatable positioning.
System overview
The ARCH is built to support controlled, progressive femoral positioning during anterior hip replacement and femoral fracture procedures.
The system features a patented, arc-shaped leg-positioning track with incremental angle and traction control. Its geometry aligns with the rotational centre of the hip, allowing the operative leg to move through a defined hemisphere while maintaining constant traction. Incremental extension enables gradual soft-tissue release and controlled progression without abrupt repositioning.
The result is a stable platform designed to behave consistently under load throughout the procedure.
