The RAMP
Knee Positioning System™

Swift, stable positioning for knee procedures including total knee replacement

During a single knee procedure, such as a TKA, the knee transitions repeatedly through multiple positions for exposure, balancing, trialing, and assessment.

Each transition introduces the potential for instability, ergonomic disruption, and interruption to surgical flow.

The RAMP stabilizes the knee at key flexion angles while allowing unrestricted movement between them.

The RAMP is used in a wide range of knee surgeries, including TKA, revision TKA and various sports medicine applications

Product overview

The RAMP provides six stabilized knee flexion positions at approximately 55°, 90°, 115°, 140°, and 150°.*

Between these positions, the leg remains completely unconstrained. This enables unrestricted soft tissue assessment and quick, dynamic registration for computer navigation without removing or reconfiguring the device.

The RAMP is installed at the foot end of any standard OR table and sits below the sterile drape.

*Exact angles depend on setup technique and patient anatomy.

Built for Efficiency

The RAMP offers more flexion compared to a simple sandbag or bump, without the hassle of complex sterile systems.

The raised-foot design also facilitates full knee extension, particularly in patients with larger thighs.

Setup, compatibility & practical fit

The RAMP is designed for fast setup and efficient turnover.

The device is lightweight, easy to store, and requires minimal maintenance.

The RAMP is used in routine and complex knee procedures, and is available for evaluation through a free trial.
