Welcome to the IOT Training Certification Program. We are glad you are interested in becoming a certified trainer or user of our equipment. IOT offers certification for the following devices:

PURIST Leg Positioning System™ *
DAA Top 360
MP XRAYCER
The RAMP Knee Positioning System™ (only level 1 available)
*Includes Opposite Leg Holder and Perineal Operative Post
IOT users and trainers are divided into the three tiers shown below. All levels require in-person or IOT Studio Live training. Levels 2 and 3 additionally require passing online tests and operating room experience with the devices.
1. Choose your level
Level 1 Equipment Users
This refers to medical professionals who operate the devices in the operating room. The Level 1 Certification Form can be used if necessary, but is not required.
Requirements Overview:

Level 2 Trainers
This refers to individuals who will be in-servicing Level 1 users on proper use of IOT equipment. Level 2 trainers must meet all requirements outlined in the Level 2 Certification Form.
Requirements Overview:
- Training
- 80% on applicable online tests
- Observation of 3 cases
Level 3 Trainers
This refers to individuals who have the certification to train Level 2 trainers. Level 3 trainers must meet all requirements outlined in the Level 3 Certification Form.

- 100% on applicable online tests
- Observation of 5 cases
- IOT management approval

3. Pass Online Certification Tests
You must pass the applicable tests to become a level 2 or level 3 certified trainer. The tests are online. If you need access to these tests please use the form below.
4. Training
If you have not already been trained, book a free interactive online training to talk face-to-face with an IOT product expert.
5. eSign Form
Please contact us after meeting all requirements, and we can send you an eSign compatible version of the applicable certification form.
