Innovative Orthopedic Technologies

Built for the real demands of surgery.

IOT develops products with Swiss precision, based on observing the actual needs and challenges of orthopedic surgical teams.

Swiss Origins, Global Outlook

IOT is based in the Rhine Valley, with close proximity between our headquarters and manufacturing facilities.

Maintaining a close connection between design and production enables us to translate initial concepts into precise, reliably engineered systems for use in operating rooms around the world.

Surgeon-led from the Start.

Innovative Orthopedic Technologies began in the operating room. Dr Stefan Kreuzer founded the company in 2006 to meet his needs as an orthopedic surgeon practicing anterior approach hip replacement.

Stefan partnered with Manfred Menzi, whose engineering expertise enables IOT to bring surgically relevant solutions to life with Swiss precision.

Enabling OR teams to focus on the procedure.

IOT’s products always originate from the verified challenges of surgical teams in real-world settings.

By listening in the OR and following a deeply collaborative approach, our products are designed to empower surgeons and their staff.

Precision is more than a technical characteristic. It goes to the heart of how we work.

Reliability

Our products are built to perform consistently across variable clinical environments.

Efficiency

Complexity is absorbed into the design of IOT's systems, taking it away from the surgical team.

From the OR, to the OR.

IOT supports product development from conception to distribution.
