Maintaining exposure while accommodating imaging and intraoperative adjustments can introduce interruptions when support devices obstruct access or require repositioning.
The Perineal Operative Post provides hip and leg counter traction and acts as a fulcrum to lift the femur during leg extension when using the PURIST and ARCH Systems.
Three height settings are available, allowing adjustment of the fulcrum point to match procedural needs.
