The Opposite Leg Holder (OLH) provides counter traction and firm position control of the non-operative leg.
Its modular design and intuitive functionality allow swift installation on the side rails of standard US, EU, JPN, and Denyer OR tables.
The system shares the same quick-connect boot mechanism used on the PURIST Leg Positioning System.

When integrated into the positioning setup, the Opposite Leg Holder improves patient alignment, positioning accuracy, and procedural reliability.
